The location is truly superb for central London, right by bus stops and charring cross underground station. The hotel has cold filtered water fill stations (plus clean bottles!) on each floor. Each floor also has a "request closet" with things like irons, sewing kits etc. that guests can quickly grab if they need. Their "living room" area for the hotel is by card access and has a nice coffee machine and newspapers each morning with comfortable seating. Two lobby elevators were small but good! Rooms were a great size and had lots of USB outlets so international guests didnt need to depend exclusively on outlet plug adapters which is a big plus. The room had a Queen size bed and decent size bathroom which can be hard to find in UK and Europe sometimes. We also had a small couch that doubled as a twin pullout bed. We didn't hear any in noise at all in our room #902 and the window view we got od the city was a pleasant surprise. Blackout curtains helped us get a good night's sleep. Our favorite feature was the free launderette on 3rd floor with quality Miele W/D and it comes with pre-loading detergent and fabric softener so you don't need to bring/buy your own. This hotel has a lot of self service options which makes it convenient and efficient for probably 95% of its guests. The lobby has a large locked room for luggage storage after/before your stay so you can continue to explore the city. We loved our stay.

Travelled to this location with my Mom. Room was a bit tight for the two of us, but to be expected in London. The real win was the location. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, and good restaurants in the area. There was a slight mix up with the booking in relation to the beds in the room (I thought two singles were booked) but the staff were quick to assist us with a solution. No 2x singles were available, but they had a roll-a-way up to our room within 15 minutes, and it was quite comfortable. Super thankful as we had a very long day of travel with many delays leading up to that point. They offered a change to a 2x single once available; but didn’t need it in the end as the cot worked well.

Location cannot be beat! Second time staying here on vacation with 2 rooms - family room held 2 adults 2 kids with room for luggage, a desk/table, queen bed and queen pull out sofa, kitchenette. Second queen bed room comfortable, clean and efficient. Great cold & hot breakfast in the restaurant with nondairy and gluten free alternatives upon request. Accommodated all requests quickly and helpfully. Club rooms have access to club area with coffee and tea, place to wait for rooms to be ready or until you leave, with business meeting rooms that can be booked. Remember that this is designed as a business traveler hotel so it is not trying to be the Ritz.

We loved the location. it was ideal for so many tourist sites like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Soho, Covent Garden, Big Ben, River Cruise, Westminster Abbey, Carnaby Street etc We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage there safely and for free on our day of departure. it was great to be able to relax in the Living Room on the ground floor and chose from a variety of teas & coffees. It was very hot this last weekend so having free bottles of iced water available was great. it was lovely to sit outside in the evening enjoying a drink and cakes at the neighbouring patisserie and pizza at the Italian restaurant.

The staff was very courteous, efficient and went out of their way to make me comfortable. There was an initial glitch in pricing (my fault), but Salman and Nalin were both wonderful in working with Booking, and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Separately, they arranged for an airport taxi at a very reasonable rate, and allowed me access to their Members Room to sit comfortably and enjoy a coffee while I waited for the taxi. The room was well appointed and quite spacious, especially for London, and the location is unbeatable !
