Club Quarters Hotel Trafalgar Square, London

Great location and very clean.

The hotel is in a brilliant location & very easy to reach by Underground. The staff were very polite, professional & friendly. The breakfast was good & very flexible in terms of access times. Check in & out was prompt & straightforward.

You cannot stay at a more central location in London! Everything was within walking distance! We booked a superior queen room for a family of three and it was great. We asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet (no view from the window but we did not care). The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower was very good. We had a kitchenette which was useful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We did not buy any water during our stay because the hotel has free water stations at every floor with refillable plastic bottles (greatly appreciated). Nespresso machine in the room with complimentary pods every day. Lounge near the reception with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right in the middle of wherever you need to go. The location was only a block or two from a major tube. Closest enough to walk over, but far enough away from unsavory train station crowds. I never felt unsafe walking around the hotel area. In fact the hotel had many measures of safety for guests. They tagged our suitcases when we came early and we had to show our ticket to get them out of the staff-only locked storage. Our floor in the elevator could only be accessed with our room card and only be used for certain floors. I didn’t use the washer/dryer or gym, but it was nice. Our room came with a small kitchenette which I loved. My favorite part of the hotel was the lounge that could only be used by hotel guests. It was a library like setting with complimentary coffee or tea. Used to have a quiet place to sit or conference for business. The staff was accommodating and helped us with everything we requested.

Club Quarters Hotel Trafalgar Square has a really great location, of course near the Trafalgar square but also near other main historical sites and attractions. As we where staying in London really short, actually because of the GNR concert, the location of the hotel gave us the best opportunity to see some historical sites and tourist attractions and to feel the atmosphere of London. The reception staff was really helpful with some tips and recommendations, and the waiters at the breakfast restaurant very kind and professional. All in all the hotel was great for our short stay and we would definitely consider booking it again for the next London trip :)
